  • Organise evidence pieces documents with clear titles and short introductions: Each piece of evidence should be labelled and briefly introduced to explain its relevance to the endorsement criteria.
  • Add context/explanations: Often, applicants include several screenshots (e.g. of emails) or just pdf of audited accounts with no context. Adding descriptions to pieces of information helps case reviewers to fully understand what you are trying to convey.
  • Diversify evidence: Ensure each piece offers unique insights and information into your achievements, don’t just repeat what is written in your CV or LORs.
  • Provide external validation: Endorsement bodies often reject applications because of “unsupported claims” or “self-certified data” which are only backed by the applicant’s own statements or his referees’ words. Strengthen your evidence by including third-party verification, such as public records, press releases, media mentions, or external awards.
  • Keep it concise and clear: Avoid overly technical language, especially if your evidence may be reviewed by non-specialists. Stick to the page limit per document as this is a requirement.
